The Paulding Amateur Radio Club, Inc., Paulding County’s oldest and largest amateur radio club, is a 501(c)(3) corporation that was formed in 1990 and incorporated in 1998, consisting of a membership of operators from Paulding County and the surrounding area. Club meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 7:30 PM at the Bartlett Masonic Lodge in Hiram.
The club has two repeaters. 443.700+ (77Hz pl) and 224.54- (77Hz pl) Both are W4TIY. Feel free to use these repeaters any time you are in the Paulding County area.
The club also operates a 10 meter beacon at 28.272. The beacon, which operates continuously, uses the W4TIY callsign and transmits a short message repeated after 3 seconds using 2.5 watts into a vertical antenna. We welcome any signal reports. Feel free to listen to the beacon any time you want to know if 10 meters is open to the Metro-Atlanta, Georgia area.

The Paulding Amateur Radio Club meets every 2nd Thursday at the Bartlett Masonic lodge 140 Main Street Hiram right by the railroad tracks.

The dues for the Paulding Amateur Radio Club, Inc. are $20.00 per year plus $5.00 for each additional family member over the age of 17. Membership covers January 1 through December 31.
Membership renewal dues are due every January. New members may pay a prorated amount by subtracting $1 for each month that has passed.
Dues and contributions to the Paulding Amateur Radio Club, Inc. are deductible for Federal income tax purposes as charitable contributions.
